In honor of my mother Mary Sonya Fowler

celebrated on July 31.  She would have been 81 years young.  Remember her telling me: "Sonya maybe oils are not your medium."  Why don't you try acrylics or watercolors?  Without question went on to try the acrylics then ultimately wound back up with water based oils.  Still trying after all these years to please love; sent forward

This is the fourth year of professional painting and my 50th year of creating art so labeled  4/50  hence the title "Anniversary".Fine Art website

Reproduction - Print available

Have received the 18x24 reproduction (print) of Gone with the Wind. Very pleased with the quality of paper used. This size is now available for 95 USD (with white mat). Additional pieces are 10x12 size with creme/and/white mats. Those are priced at 45.

End of summer is near-do you need new art for your walls. Would you want me to put my signature finish on this piece for a kitchen or bathroom setting? Drop me a line-or give me a call today.

Regarding the original work, have elected to pull the work from availability for now. There is a competition that would like to enter and on the outside chance the work makes it to the semi finalist stage. For now; this piece will be available in reproductive (print) format only.

ON LINE SALE-No shipping fees in US

Have been a member of the Etsy site since 2008. With not much movement and layered into the many Art sites; decided would try and get some movement and interest. All prints/reproductions of the work are on water color papers (variety-cold/hot press and yupo) To keep the cost down ($15.00) and make free shipping still a possibility have elected to NOT mat the 8x10 pieces. Rest assured all are quality reproductions and archival. Finish each one with a clear mat finish for extra protection. Please feel free to browse through the right hand side entrance from this blog. Hope everyone had a FINE 4th of July!

Art on the Trace - Saturday weigh in time

getting ready for show at The Trace. Enjoy taking photographs of flowers at night. You get a quality that is not crystal clear as in daylight and very moody. Working on series of "florals" with this night light mood. Will include them in the works for Art on the Trace tomorrow
